Kraft & Christensen Realty (K&C) is a Costa del Sol selling agency for off-plan and new-build homes. We introduce buyers to developments and help them compare facts before a purchase. We are not the developer and we do not sell the homes as the promoter.

What we collect from enquiry forms
When you send a form on this site, we receive the details you enter. That typically includes:
- name
- phone or WhatsApp number
- property reference (
kc_ref), when you enquire about a listing - campaign attribution (UTMs and similar tags, if present)
- your consent choice
We do not ask this website to accept passports, credit reports, proof of funds or other document uploads.
Why we use the data
We use enquiry data to respond to your request, identify the listing you asked about, and understand which campaign brought you to the site. Contact is based on the consent checkbox on the form.
Website analytics
If you accept analytics cookies in the cookie banner, we use Google Analytics 4, provided by Google, to measure how the site is used in aggregate. This is based on your consent. Google signals and ad personalisation are switched off. Google Analytics sets the cookies _ga and _ga_NSFQ31N3WM, kept for up to 12 months. They are deleted when you withdraw consent or your stored choice expires.
You can reject analytics, or withdraw your consent later, using Cookie settings. You can also use Google’s Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
Residency and returns
Buying a home in Spain does not grant residency. Spain’s property-investment Golden Visa ended on 3 April 2025. K&C does not sell Golden Visa products, guaranteed yields or promised investment returns.
